I was only past the first game "On The Board" this morning and my pick of the day quickly surfaced. To some this may be a "bad gambling technique." I mean how hard would it be for me to see which other pitchers are going today and make a calculated decision on where the good money lies. I think the fact that it was a day game played a "tiny" part.
But this is my thought process. Philly is good and the Dodgers are the proverbial definition of a roller coaster. As much as I hate the Dodgers, I want to believe that this bet is not coming from my emotions. Worley is just another great arm within a fully-stacked pitching staff for the Phillies. He has definitely looked sharper than, let's say Los Angeles's Chad Billingsly. And between the two teams, the Phils' hitting wins by a long shot.
Getting Philly at this low of a price almost seems like a no-brainer at this point
